Delivery availability and charges

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 15 calendar days after dispatch. The 15-day period starts when your order is dispatched, not when you place the order. Order preparation time before dispatch is separate and is not included in this delivery estimate.

Any delivery date or delivery period agreed before you place the order forms part of your order. A carrier estimate is not a guarantee of arrival on a particular day.

Order preparation and dispatch

Please allow 1–3 working days for order processing before dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the estimated 15 calendar days for delivery after dispatch.

Please check your email address and full delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct them, contact xli582795@gmail.com promptly with your order number. Changes may be unavailable once an order has been dispatched.

Split shipments, delays and delivery problems

If items are dispatched separately, keep the dispatch information for each shipment. For an overdue, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact xli582795@gmail.com with your order reference and the details of the problem.

We will address delivery problems under the order terms and your applicable rights. A carrier enquiry does not remove your rights against us.

Taxes and additional charges

Review the total amount and any charges disclosed before payment. If you are unsure about destination charges or import arrangements, contact us before ordering; ask us to clarify any additional charges that may apply.
